The Ten Line Gangster Crips (TLGC), also known as 110th Street Gangster Crips are a small African-American street gang located on the East Side in the Watts, neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. They represent 110th Street and associated blocks, between Wilmington Ave and Mona Blvd. The Ten Line Gangster Crips primary cliques are the Dead End (DE), Track Side (TS) and the Lou Dillon Boys (LDB). The Watts projects have a horrific residential poverty rate of 60%, an equally abhorrent unemployment rate of 74%, and a relatively high homelessness rate of 40%, the worst such rates in all of South Central. Even though they were very close to loss of membership, the young residents found a way to rebuild themselves and come to the front of Gang Activity. It hasn't gotten better after the early 2010s in South Central or just LA in general regarding Gang Violence, multiple teenagers from around the city have been killed and injured badly due to situations that have happened in the streets. After a huge increase in gun activity around the Watts projects, it's been plenty of raiding through-out each week. The gang is now led by the younger generation of affiliates, their future is highly uncertain .
